This -b option (relay back) could allow the rtkbase user to upgrade the F9P firmware without using socat.

I need to investigate, as is could be useful for other features when I would have to send some commands to the F9P.

Now it is possible to use U-center with a network connection, and get more informations. It should be possible to upgrade a F9P firmware too.
