Localize into Chinese

Heyho,
would you be willing to contribute the localization? I'm afraid we probably could not do it in a reasonable quality as we link the language skills. Moreover, we would have to check if the ui framework we use supports rendering the appropriate character sets.

If yes, we probably would refactor our localization datastructures a bit beforehand (a yet low priority intent that we have in our backlog anyway).
