filter conferences properly

Give proper filter options to find a perfect conference for a user.

User should be able to filter for:

• upcoming only
• roles (show all roles as checkbox)
• countries (show top 5 and make the others collapsable)
• cities (show top 10 and make the others collapsable)
• tags (if we already have them) (show top 20 and make the others collapsable)

User should see the filtered conference list below the filter options.
It would be nice if we could show available conferences behind the filter option, e.g. dev(12), devops(10) or germany(15), uk(2), etc.
