⚠️ This will change solution folders and structures of files.

Why I will split them? Because this will be served for #542. C# 13 will introduce a new feature called "Extension Types", which will allow us define nearly all kinds of member types in a new type kind called extension, and such type will make the extended type more effective on reference syntax Type.Member and instance.Member. This is the motivation to this decision.
