I think this may have been fixed by 2556742 -- closing for now but can reopen if the issue reappears.

Once we get a 202 from the POST request, we need to wait/poll for the server to be up before doing the redirect to the server URL. There is no API atm for getting accurate information about named servers in JH so it's a bit unclear how best to do this.
