Time Picker Label too small on iOS #7

Describe the bug
The time picker label on timePicker is too small on iOS, we can't even see it and there's no modifier to override its textSize

Hey! This is most likely a Compose for iOS issue, that code is common for all platforms, so any bugs are likely something compose needs to fix.
