Remove GIFM code from the standalone Catalog Service repo

Once the Catalog Service has been separated into its own repository, the GIFM code should be removed and Catalog Service should now only provide catalog access.

There are already generalized API endpoints for catalog access, but they may require minor modification/additions since the new GIFM Service will now be dependent on them to generate its buttons.
