@kanghj we had similar cases before, right? What was the cause?

BTW, this happens of some questions in the session. In other questions, the recipient is totally absent.
Student was able to submit, but now cannot resubmit. Error message: you did not specify a recipient for questions 1, 2, ...

This looks like a case of student being moved to another team after the responses were submitted. The submission adjustment did not work due to a different problem (different issue). In future, the submission page should be resilient to this kind of errors in data.
