Ability to prepend data on virtual list

It would be great if it was possible to add the capability when the count is updated if data has been prepended and allow the ability to scroll up through new items.

At the moment when you change the count it is just acting as if data is appended to the bottom of the virtual list.
But it would be great if there was a clean way to adjust so that the list new there were additional items added above.
