[Bug] Cannot craft with Stock unless it's from Creative menu

Error Behaviour

I am able to cook Stock, but when I do, I cannot make anything with it. For example, using 3-5 bowls of Stock with 3 beef and 1 carrot, it works when the Stock is taken from JEI or creative, but not when the Stock is made by hand. Clicking on the "cook" button does nothing.

Expected Behaviour

I expect the recipes to accept any version of Stock when being made.

Reproduce

1. Craft Stock with Nail Soup, 2 bones, and 2 raw chicken.
2. Put in 4 beef and 1 carrot or beet
3. Press cook
