i want craft flint shovel head

Actual Behavior

crafted another type of flint shovel head,this type is useless.

Steps to Reproduce

I just knapping for flint shovel head on the jei.

Additional Information

It may caused by the useless type of flint shovel head didn't banned.

Also, can confirm that in most recent version of modpack Flint Javelin heads are craftable, but useless (they do not craft into javelins or anything else)
