大是因为包含了第四级 乡镇 的数据，考虑增加仅有三级行政区划的组件

可以说很需要了，vite打包出来会有大量小文件orz

v3.2.0 以后的版本将 3 级与 4 级进行分离，项目可按需引用，只使用 3 级组件不会再将乡镇数据进行打包
