Additionally, it may also not compile under Java SE JDK 10, but it is untested.

File explorer originally targeted Java 8 for language and APIs and at the moment does not actually require anything newer then that, so there is no pressing need to fix it to run under Java 10 (or latest supported jvm)

luadec may need additional examining as Java 10+ is x64 only, and it is the last native library left that is not an external dependency.
