Watch App is not installing #23

Hello

I have the Apple Watch Series 3 with runs on watchOS 8 I installed the app on my iPhone with TestFlight but I can't install the app on the watch it's just starting to load but it don't finish. Is there a way to fix this? When I close the watch app it just restarts to download. image

Press the square to stop and have it download again. You need your apple watch near it unlocked and on. Hope this helps
