Add response_format for Chat Completion to allow the use of the new JSON Mode

The newest ChatGPT models support so called JSON Mode, it would be very useful if we could leverage that feature.

Same issue，I suggest to add a property as Map<String, Object> type to the model with annotation JsonAnyGetter
