Add functional dependencies for AsymCipher

Oops! Thanks. I was wondering if I'd have to write some Asym instances myself to get the ball rolling. I'll try to release a new (major) version this weekend. |

Without functional dependencies, calls to encryptAsym, decryptAsym &c. have an ambiguous type variable, so they don't work.
