This is VoteCoin GUI Wallet, with voting features.
Please report all bugs through the issue system here at github.

Installation for Windows:

download
unzip
run votecoin.exe

How to upgrade from previous GUI wallet version:

close your old wallet version
copy files from new wallet over your old wallet directory, overwriting existing files
run votecoin.exe

Make sure to backup your old wallet in case something goes wrong. Most important file is wallet.dat, which contains your coins.
