禁用/启用移花接木 #430

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
一旦在xposed中启用了应用管理，移花接木就会加载预置配置，导致有些应用打不开。

能不能加个启用/未启用的开关，就跟权限控制一样，一开始默认不启用规则。

Describe alternatives you've considered
除非把条目删掉，没找到办法临时禁用。
