Need to update cubecl to last revision in order to make the `image-classification-web` to work with wgpu

Autotune should work after tracel-ai/cubecl#69 Autotune still makes things a bit faster on the web so it's nice to leave it enabled - it's just the persistent caching which doesn't work. |

Autotune issue was fixed, and the precision issue was reverted until we address this correctly - so I'll close this PR for now. |
