经测试：不确定原因，发送请求后，request的 header不包含Date ，本地签名包含date，但腾讯云收到的参数没有date，导致签名不正确、暂不确定原因，注释掉date可用。

@AreYReady ，我司现在用的cos上传插件就是这个，目前没发现问题
