Rev D: BT_PIO4 is actually BT_PIO5 #31

This is not a huge priority, but in the Rev D, Teensy pin 33 is connected to the BC127 PIO_5 pin, NOT the PIO_4 pin.
This has implications on functionality and control of the BC127, if you want it.

Functionality is not important to get into here, this is just to say that the label of the pin that's being controlled is incorrect.

@biomurph When you have time, could you update the Rev-D schematic with a note about this?
