Many tournaments have teams and one (or more?) team rounds, where the scores of the members of each team are added together to find the best team.

I imagine that we'd want to :

Specify that a Round is a team round, and the number of players per team
Create teams of TournamentPlayers, each with a team name
Calculate team scores
Display the results of the team tournament
Add team results to the WDD import CSV files
