Aria2 is available on android devices as an app or a command in the command line.
To access aria2 as a command line, Terminal must be installed first. Termux is the mostly recommanded terminal app for android.

To use aria2 in termux is as easy as to use it on linux. Permission is all you have to keep in mind, i.e. you must have access|read|write permission to the directory in where the log|session|downloaded file is stored.
The prementioned web gui for aria2 works on an android device as well, but Transdroid is the highly recommended app to use together with aria2.
All popular clients are supported: µTorrent, Transmission, rTorrent, Vuze, Deluge, BitTorrent 6, qBittorrent, Aria2 and many more by trandroid.
Moreover, its user-friendly UI makes managing your download task much easier than in the commandline.
