Mapbox geolocate control spins #243

The geolocate control tool on the mapbox-based maps will sometimes spin, rather than correctly flying to the user's location.

Of note:

The Use Current Location button works correctly
Changing to a new tab and back, seems to retrigger the locate action correctly.
It occurs less off (I think) on maps on the trekker side.
No errors show up in in the console.
Sometimes, it does complete, but a LONG time after the original click. (~60 seconds)
