Demo maplibre-contour with Smart Maps Global Elevation PMTiles

1. Create a demo on Observable.

• Smart Maps Global Elevation PMTiles は PMTiles へのダイレクトアクセスで提供されるので、maplibre-contour と PMTiles を混ぜて使えることができたら、そこは未踏です。

maplibre-contour のデモサイト e.g. https://onthegomap.github.io/maplibre-contour/#13.97/35.28683/138.17947 で使っている標高タイルは https://elevation-tiles-prod.s3.amazonaws.com/terrarium/13/7238/3237.png のような terrarium の標高タイルのようです。

Smart Maps Global Terrain PMTiles ベースではなく、terrarium PNG 標高タイルベースですが、一通り作ってみました。
