This would obviate the need to support syslog, rsyslog, and syslog-ng. The "ulog.h" and "log.c" API-s could still be used, but a new module would need to be written to replace "ulog.c" ("ulog2log4c.c"?).

This is a better solution than issue #40 but will require more effort.

Tried "log4c". Didn't work. Re-wrote logging system. It's in version 6.13.
