Minor cleanup of autotools to remove old stuff that is no longer is used and doesn't work.
Removed obsolete tst_h_filters.c (which had nothing to do with Dennis' recent filter work).
Also fixed most of the remaining warnings which occur with DAP enabled. These are easy fixes. Some tricky warnings are being tracked under their own tickets. Others I am not fixing due to complexity and lack of good understanding how to do so cleanly. (Suggestions welcome).
