Adding a few more things to .gitignore. Removing special case where w…

…e would attempt to preserve universal OSX mono binary that we no longer produce (we're 64bit only now).

Copying libmono-native.dylib and libMonoPosixHelper.dylib during classlib builds into monodistribution/lib as they are needed there now.
