rendering problem at unv 0.31 #443

got a clean install from universal zip version 0.31 on windows 7 64bits, ati radeon 4670.
delete my profile, and started the game:

it looks like this:

and here is another screen with "r_clear 1"

If I set the Lighting to Vertex (low, ugly) it works fine ... and looks like a pre-quake 1 style :)
when setting it back to Light Map (normal) it fails again with that no-clip+out-of-map look.

I can see the same issue on catalyst 13.8, but on 14.4 everything works. The old AMD driver fails with an GL_INVALID_OPERATION error in glMultidrawIndirect, but the GL state is correct, so I assume it is a driver bug in 13.8.

Worked around in a4b42fd

* Add -d suffix for debug libraries

* Export PDB files for each Debug library
