My suggestion

  • Enable voice in this game should control voice_enable instead of voice_modenable
(and I suggest to rename it to Enable voice chat).
  • Delete or fix redundant controls: Voice transmit volume, Boost microphone gain
  • Fix Voice receive volume (voice_scale) (see below).
  • Delete or fix Test microphone button. fixed
  • Delete or update copyright.

I think Voice transmit volume, Voice receive volume, Boost microphone gain should be connected to Steam Settings - make them common:

or delete Voice transmit volume and Boost microphone gain because they don't affect voice in-game.

P.S.
Seems like those cvars are dead:

voice_dsound
voice_modenable
voice_forcemicrecord
voice_inputfromfile
voice_profile

Also, if you use voice_enable 0 you have to restart cs in order to turn it back on again. It would be much more preferable if it didn't require a restart.

@MaximilianKohler You don't have to anymore. It is fixed. And you didn't have to restart the game before. Just reconnect to a server

It would be nice if you could make an "sv_alltalk 2" that enables people to hear their dead teammates but not the other team. It would be great for pug servers where people can't use vent.
