GM command foothold string

Foothold strings take the format:

 [foothold id]

The foothold ID must correspond to a foothold in the data. The number must not have digit separators.

Examples:

 !map henesys [500]
 !map ludi [1111]

You can view your current foothold on any map by using the pos GM command.
