Determine if it will work for our purposes: will PostGIS work? Can it be a hybrid Python / other app? etc.

I think this is going to work.

Known knowns:

Known unknowns:

  • No tests or CI is defined
  • Don’t yet know how this app might deal with a hybrid Python/other language setup

Need to talk to @pui about the unknowns.

Erica’s confirmed that Python will be fine, so multi-language may be moot for now. Moving CI issue to #8.
