Organization requests page
An organizations "Requested Data" page is located under the "Requested Data" tab from the organization home page.
From here organization admins can view all requests for datasets belonging to that organization.
The organization request page is divided into three sections: New, Open and Archive.
All new data requests are located under the "New" section. From here an organization administrator can reply, or decline requests. If the admin chooses to reply to a request they also have the option to attach a file.
Once an admin has replied to a request, the request moves to the open section where admins can indicate if the dataset has been shared or remains pending.
Counters in the archive display the amount of times a dataset has been requested, shared, rejected or replied to.
By expanding the dataset panel, the organization administrator can also view all requests for that dataset and the status of the requests.
Here the option to filter datasets by maintainer is available. Admins can decide which maintainers datasets they wish to see.
Provides the option for ordering datasets by sharing rate, request rate, most recent or alphabetical ordering (ASC and DESC).
