Meta: overtaking Window interface definition?

The DOM Standard got this build error:

LINK ERROR: Multiple possible 'Window' idl refs.
Arbitrarily chose https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/nav-history-apis.html#window
To auto-select one of the following refs, insert one of these lines into a <pre class=link-defaults> block:
spec:html; type:interface; text:Window
spec:anonymous-iframe; type:interface; text:Window
{{Window}}

Could you please resolve that?
