I access my wiki via two different URLs. Via one URL I'm recognised as being "logged in". Via the other I'm not. (Seems the Persona doesn't allow being logged in via two routes.)
If I accidentally try to edit the page when not logged in, instead of being prevented from doing this, I make the edit but end up with a local fork.
I can't seem to see a way of undoing such local forking so that I can get back to seeing the real page from the server.

I find a common mistake I make is to start editing before I login to my site. This creates an unwanted copy in browser local storage that gets in the way of further editing. I have followed two approaches in this situation.
Visit Recent Changes => Local Changes where I can delete the local copy. Login. Continue.
Or, more daring:
Continue. When convenient, Login. Then "fork" the local copy back to the server.
The fork-to-server functionality is not uniformly implemented across our servers. It is awesome where it works. (The yellow border just disappears.) I'm looking for ways to more generally move pages around across firewalls based on this technique.
