Robotic Repair Facility 50 -> 100 Advanced Repair Facility 50 -> 100
Cyborg repair, light repair, and Heavy Repair turrets all get upgraded along with Repair Facility.

Robotic and Advanced Repair Facility give an incomparably small buff for the cost of getting them, so players don't use them at all in 1vs1 or no-shared battles.
