Unsure of exactly what all needs to be updated, but many queries fail related to new PVP fields/dropped fields. Dual invasion support needs to be added as well.

Support for the new invasions structure has been added, although not really "dual" invasion support.
Fixing PVP filtering will be next when I have a chance to tackle it hopefully this week/end.
