During the conversations I had with the cyber security police and the attached information was supposed to be handed over to the fbi after going through the investigation process, we came to the conclusion that this whole kyc process was fake and wallet services limited was closed on January 2022. |

I wanted to talk to you about the fraud and scam of one of the old wallets called FreeWallet.
Almost 1 month ago, I deposited an amount into my account, and at that moment my account was blocked. I went and talked to the support and they said that authentication is necessary for security reasons, and I completed the authentication process no matter how hard it was (they were much more strict than the exchanges), then they told me that they could not verify my identity as the owner. Prove the main voltage.
I talked to a few other people and found out that the number is actually much higher than what I thought and the interesting thing is that until now no one has been able to verify the account. They don't answer emails on time and they don't give convincing answers.
The balance shown in the program is the same as the deposit amount, but out of curiosity, I searched my wallet address in Tron Scan and found out that the same day after suspending my wallet, they transferred all the funds to another address, even by themselves. They deny and say that we have no access to customers' funds!!
Currently, it has been 112 days that my documents and those of several people whose account amounts have been blocked in this way are being reviewed and they are not giving us any answers.
