[Bug]: Wine version 7.7.0 while 8.0.1 installed

Description

Hello, is there a reason why my new bottles are launched with Wine 7.7.0? I have Wine 8.0.1 installed via brew.

Steps to reproduce

In new bottle click on info or look at log. All report Wine 7.7.0 while I have 8.0.1 installed

Expected behaviour

I assume it would use the latest version of wine?

Whisky cannot and will not use Wine installed via brew. This is not a bug.
