  • Add a new endpoint /analyze/drainage-area/ to the geoprocessing API
  • Have it take an area of interest and a land use summary dictionary as input
  • Find the centroid of the area of interest, find the HUC-12 to which that belongs, and run GWLF-E on it
  • Scale the output of the GWLF-E results with the land use summary presented at input
