Hata Init

A simple cli plugin to generate configuaration files for hata bots so you focus on what matters the most.

The package is in early dev stage and has more feautures planned

Help wanted

• Add --package to make packaged apps which can be used as cli apps
• Generate some owner only debugging commands for bots.
