Profile dropdown bugs

1. Some dropdown elements have data-feather attribute which should indicate usage of feather-icons. But feather.replace() is not called anywhere.
2. This dropdown has two .dropdown-toggle elements which is not documented and probably causes the dropdown to not respond at every click.
