Merge profile app into winrepo app

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The project code right now mainly resides in the profiles folder, which can be confusing for newcomers. It was made this way with the idea of breaking the project into several apps (e.g. profiles, jobs, papers). Although the idea is good, the project per se is not big and this sort of modularization may only bring complexity.
