Find and synthesize Onboarding content from Make Team Handbooks

The goal of this issue is to collect and combine the Onboarding content from each individual Make Team Handbook. The purpose is to synthesize the information in the Handbooks to create a singular Onboarding page for new WordPress contributors.

1. Review the Handbook for each Make Team (Find them here: https://make.wordpress.org/)
2. Does the Handbook have WP.org, Slack, or GitHub onboarding information?
3. Note the page URL

Hi, I've recently added to the Google Doc the info from the Core Team Handbook, there are one part that includes GitHub instructions, but I think that this is the most difficult part to synthesize or unify because some teams may have different workflows to work with their GitHub Repository
