Describe the bug
When a shared block is created, its name/title field is not focused.

To Reproduce

  1. Create a block
  2. Click More Options and select Convert to Shared Block

Expected behavior
The Untitled shared block text in the Name field should be selected, but it is not.

Additional context
Discovered while working on #7947. This works correctly when you edit an existing shared block.
