I have defined this as the default style here, so overriding this style for Pattern page only is no longer necessary.

Without overflow: hidden, the upper left corner of the canvas area would not be rounded.

Without this style, the .edit-site-layout__sidebar-region would overlap on top of the .edit-site-page in the mobile layout, making some buttons impossible to press.

Thanks for wrangling these snackbar notices @t-hamano 👍
✅ Couldn't spot any differences in terms of layout between this PR and trunk
✅ Animations appear to be unaffected (a second set of eyes on this would be good)
✅ Scrolling still works
✅ Snackbar positions are now fixed and unaffected by scrolling
A possible follow-up to this might be to add an ID to the renaming snackbar notices to prevent multiple stacking notices for that action.

What?
This PR fixes a problem in the following three pages where the snack bar is also affected by scrolling when the content is scrollable, and always fixes it to the lower left corner of the content.
Why?
As I understand it, the three pages above are rendered by the Pages component.
In this component, the snack bar is rendered in the following positions:
Because
overflow:autois applied to edit-site-page, if the content is higher than the height of the canvas, the content will be scrollable. At the same time, the snack bar is affected by this scrolling because it is a child of.edit-site-page.How?
I have changed the structure as follows:
.edit-site-pageis not scrollable, only.edit-site-page-contentis scrollable. The snackbar is not among this scrollable element and is therefore not affected by scrolling.Testing Instructions
