More descriptive command line error messages #222

When an error occurs from the command line, for example issuing an RPC command but the remote server cannot be connected, the error message text should be more descriptive to help with troubleshooting.

In most of my tests I did see a moderate performance gain when invoking LZ4_compress_generic() directly with normal text. This could very easily be an edge case.
