QDMA symverfile is not making sense with the module.modpost file

I followed this readme file to install the drivers and got the qdma-pf.ko and qdma-vf.ko files but the board is not detected when I typed the lspci on Ubuntu and when I run the make in the drivers' directory I got the following error.

Please help me to how could i resolve this issue ? Even installed the new header and the ubuntu version is 20.04, kernal version is 5.4.0.
