nice tools.

demo data used.

scMapping = CARD_SCMapping(CARD_obj, shapeSpot="Square", numCell=20, ncore=1)

MapCellCords = as.data.frame(colData(scMapping))

why a single cell will appear multiple times ? i cannot understand. need your help.
