Parse _people_search_session from entire cookie string for scraper webpage

Allow the user to copy the entire Cookie header string from the Directory when entering values on the scraper page.

Currently, the user has to select only the _people_search_session value, but it would be trivial to get this via code.

Bear in mind that the yaledirectory package currently requires the _people_search_session cookie specifically, so you'll either need to extract it from the string on the scraper side or update the yaledirectory package (which I own and can transfer to the Yalies org) to pass the full Cookie header.
